How Do I Apply

Job openings in 3M India Ltd are posted in the career section of our website. Please submit your application or resume using the links at the bottom of the page

Application & Evaluation

  • After you apply for a position, you will get an e-mail confirming that we have received your resume or application.
  • Our recruiter will review and evaluate your resume against the requirements of the job openings.

Interview

  • If your resume is short listed against a job opening, our recruiter will contact you to schedule interviews. (Interviews might be in person, over the phone or through a video conference. You could be interviewed by a panel, over one or more days).

Selection

  • After your final interview, you will be intimated of the result in a week’s time.
  • If selected, we would extend an offer and take the post offer process forward.
