New College Graduates

3M is a diverse workplace and we are always on the lookout for fresh creative minds who like working in a high performance environment.

We have two programmes for new colleges graduates. Engineering Trainee programme and Management Trainee programme. These programmes are designed with the objective to groom leaders for future and to also accelerate the growth of our organization.

Engineering Trainee programme:
Graduate, Post Graduates and Doctorate students with engineering background (in any discipline) can apply for jobs under this programme. Based on requirements, selected candidates will be placed in job openings in the manufacturing, engineering and technical functions after the training period.

Management Trainee Programme:
Post Graduates in Management with any specialization can apply for jobs under this programme. Based on requirements, hired candidates will be placed in job openings in supply chain, finance, human resources, sales and marketing functions after the training period.
