Our training programmes cover leadership skills, managerial
effectiveness, negotiation skills, inter personal skills and the like. We
also design modules that train our employees on varied soft skills.
Supervisors, post a discussion with employees; recommend
a series of training programmes to our in house training team. Armed with the
list of training needs, our team designs a plethora of learning modules customized
to employees and their business group’s needs.
Assessment centers, psychometric analysis, DFSS methodology training are some of the key tools we use in our training programs to equip our employees with the skills needed to perform their tasks optimally.
Any new vacancy in 3M is first published in our internal job postings enabling interested employees to let us know if they are willing to take up the position. We have had innumerable instances wherein a sales personnel has moved into the marketing function of a completely different business group or a customer service personnel has gone on to be a marketer for the business group the employee was supporting.
