3M Completes Acquisition of E Wood Holdings PLC

3M announced as of May 1, 2007 it has completed its acquisition of E Wood Holdings PLC, a North Yorkshire, U.K.-based manufacturer of high-performance protective coatings for oil, gas, water, rail and automotive industries.
