3M™ Petrifilm™ Environmental Listeria Plates are an AOAC®-RI method [Certificate # 030601] that detects the presence of indicator Listeria. It also provides quantitative results of Listeria species from environmental samples within 29±2 hours without any enrichment steps.

Designed to analyze environmental samples and increase the efficiency of monitoring plant sanitation - 3M™ Petrifilm™ Environmental Listeria Plates have a sample-ready culture medium that contains selective agents, nutrients, a cold water-soluble gelling agent and a chromogenic indicator that detects majority of the Environmental Listeria.
