3M Homogenizer Bags are made of a thick 3mL polyethylene, which is designed for durability. An additive provides increased elasticity and the extra wide 4mm heat seal prevents leaking. The filter section of the bag is made of durable, perforated polyethylene films and its long length provides extra reinforcement and support during the blending process.
These bags are gamma irradiated, designed to fit any 400mL machine and comes with a convenient write-on panel for labelling samples or sticking bar code labels.
