3M™ Tecra™ E. coli O157 Visual Immunoassays is a rapid ELISA kit that detects E.coli 0157 in food samples. It complies with the USDA FSIS E.coli O157:H7 test directive and provides test results in 20 - 26 hours. It’s safer than cultural methods because it tests heat-killed samples.

A full 18-24 hour enrichment step ensures that very low levels of sub-lethally injured cells are recovered and detected.
